I'm not aware of any Amarr terrorist groups in Minmatar space, but if there is anyone that wishes your republic harm, surely you have just made their job all the more easy by fracturing what is in effect a fairly weak powerbase.
Still, now that the PRoM is harboring terrorist organisations such as PFM, it is you that will likely see anti-terrorist incursions by the CVA rather than your ex-fellow citizens in the old Republic. How very selfless of you, putting all the bad apples in one basket. Karin Midular must be delighted.

PIE and the CVA do not attack innocent Minmatar just because they voiced views against Amarrian Imperialist ideals and stated that all slaves should be freed.
They attack Minmatar that have actively engaged in wanton acts of violence against Amarrian shipping. We also attack pirates for the same reason. If you are innocent, you have nothing to fear from the CVA, I assure you.
